Mr. Lawernce was very professional, in the way he handle my refin., he explain the process from the start and told me each step of the loan to the final stage, which I want to say did go very well. Mr, Brown were friendly , and when I had question at any time I would call he would get back with me with the correct answers. Mr. Lawernce Brown in my opinion is the best loan officer that I have ever had to close my loan without any suprises.
He was very good at explaining everything. When I needed help I just called and he answered my questions. If he didn't have the answer right away he would get it and call me back.
Mikhail was fantastic to work with - always easy to reach and quick to respond. Explained everything clearly. More importantly, I truly felt I was working with a friend who wanted us to get this loan as much as we did. He was an invaluable asset during the process - not just for whatever magic he does behind the scenes :), but to hold our hands and explain and reassure. Highly, highly recommend this guy.

He was honest & upfront about everything along the way so never any surprises & always made himself available. He also was extremely efficient & made the process move along quickly which is what we needed. I've worked with other lenders before & the experience was quite different.
