My experience with Abe was excellent I was in touch with him all the time when I needed it him I was dreaming to have my home for long time until I found Abe the first day that I talk to him he told me told don't worry I am going to move you in your new home . Abe is a man who helped my dreams to become true....Working with different lenders I could not even imagine that can get house in NYC area. But working with Abe, who treated me not just a client, and making tremendous effort succeed to help me to buy a house. Abe's truly a professional and more. He helped me to close on my first house and guided me through the whole stressful process with ease. He was willing to explain everything question I had and willing to go over it till I truly understood everything. He was very quick to return my calls and messages even on his days off which helped a lot. Abe is as professional as it gets. He always kept me updated and was working behind the scenes for me to get my loan closed as quick as possible. He made great suggestions about how to structure the loan but wasn't imposing. The bottom line is I will definitely have Abe handle my loans in the future, I recommend him to everyone, and thanks for helping me get the house of my dreams!

He explained everything so it actually made sense, unlike the bank I first dealt with, and broke it all down step by step. He answered my calls with questions at pretty much any time of day and often called me on weekends. We are now proud owners of our first home and it would not have happened without Abe Ohanian. Abe helped me get a mortgage for a 2 family investment property in Queens NY.Abe was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Any questions I had he answered right away. He promptly returned phone calls and / or replied to my E mails or texts right away.I would use him again and recomend him.
