Our experience with Brian was A++. He was extremely knowledgeable with all factors in applying for a loan and was helpful in getting us approved for a VA loan. Brian ROCKS! Professional, responsive, tech savvy (which was important to me because emailing is way more convenient with a two year old), efficient, pleasant. This was the second time that Brian helped us refinance our house. In both cases, he was very professional, knowledgeable, easily accessible, and extremely helpful. Brian was terrific in helping us downsize from our home of thirty-four years to something more manageable. He excelled in laying the timing and costs of our home sale and the new purchase and then worked with the bank to get us a good deal that we could understand. We had previously used Brian years ago on a refinance and based on that we came back to him. He did not disappoint
