Working with Brian was a very smooth and stress-free experience. My wife and I were attempting to purchase our first home and Brian was extremely personable and responsive to our needs. My wife and I were purchasing our first home and Brian came recommended to us thru our attorney. He was patient with all our first time homeowner questions. He was reliable and returned our calls promptly. We had good credit and were expecting a good rate, but the rate he was able to get us was a pleasant surprise. I worked with Brian back in 2009, he helped me buy my first property which was a co-op. Not knowing the process at all, Brian helped me every step of the way. He worked so hard and stayed on top of every detail. I got a great mortgage and a new home, thanks to Brian. Soon I will look into buying a house and will surely work with Brian again. I highly recommend him because he is very hard-working, knowledgeable, honest, and attentive. He is a true expert in his field.

Brian helped me refinance my mortgage and was especially diligent in helping me lock in the most favorable rate. He was in constant communication with me and walked me through the entire process. All fees were clearly communicated and there were no surprises.
