I went into contract on July 7th. Closed yesterday, Aug 14th. Enough said! No one, including my lawyer, thought we'd close so quickly and it's all due to Bobby. He is ON IT at all times. Bobby was amazing! Closed in less than 3 weeks. Walked me through the whole mortgage process, answered all the questions and concerns I had and was very prompt. He was honest with the disclosures and helped me with all the connections like affordable insurance and nice attorney. He was marvelous. I will definitely refer to everybody I know.
