I had a particularity difficult refinance situation, and was turned down by many other agents. Alissa took the time and went the extra steps to get the required background information to work around the issues that were giving me a problem. I went with contour mortgage for my recent home purchase and Anthony was by far the worst loan officers I have worked with. Before me and my partner decided on getting a spot Anthony answered all of our questions and reassured us with any problems we were facing. He told us we could do things that me and my partner knew were not allowed to do. We even have text proof, phone call videos and more. He would only say I will get your loan don’t but Could not answer questions seems like he is knew and does not no the way things work out with loans. I did not think I was a hard loan because I work for a company.

My first home purchase started with another lender, they were terrible. It was the most stressful and depressing process I've ever been through.
