Dave has been nothing short of amazing throughout our process of getting our mortgage to buy a home as first time homeowners. He was always quick to respond and answer any questions we had (which were a lot!) I would highly recommend him to anyone who is purchasing a home. He got us a great rate and moved everything along as quickly as possible.

Let me set the stage first… I am the father of 5 boys, and we were renting a house for over 10 years. We lived paycheck to paycheck (no credit, or savings to speak of) but we were happy.
