I George worked with James Martin Bell (Contour Mortgage)starting Nov,2020 for a refinance. I have a couple of properties so i'm not new to this mortgage process. All my documents are in order and I have an excellent credit. He made me believe everything was ok. He avoided my calls for almost a month at some point. Few days before loan closing he told me i would have to bring $6000 instead of $2000 to close or he will go up almost 1% on the rate he initially promised. I d'ont even know if that's legal. If people think considering anthony as someone who can help you buy a home you thought wrong. I suggest considering other people who actually get better reviews and can get the job done. I tried reaching out to anthony multiple times and no response which is shocking to me! Then eventually when I got a response the help was just not there. Referred by a friend. Never responded to me or my husband. Sent email and a text message. The company was no help to us. I finally called another company after a week of no answer. 1 star review

Sal was amazing, helpful & professional. I was lost with refinancing my home, called credit union, on-line companies, commercial banks and was getting more confused and wasting time. Max is the best in the business and makes the ridiculous amount of paperwork associated with the refinance process manageable. Great communication and as a result we were able to close quickly with a great rate. Highly recommend.
