This company sent me a letter about refinancing under IRRRL for a lower interest rate, so we thought we would try it. Was supposed to be “quick and easy”. I did everything that was asked of me by the Contour representative, making sure all paperwork requested was signed/completed/returned in 24 hours after the request was made. Me and my husband were originally getting a VA loan with quicken loans which was a huge mistake. Nothing was explained to us, we were basically in the dark for months about what was going on and signing papers we had no clue what they were. Many people were saying different things and we just didnt understand anything about our loan.
