Wow...what can I say about Mr. Marchioli other than he is great! He was extremely patient and transparent which can be difficult to get in this business. Although my mortgage lending needs were typical, 30-year conventional loan, Tom also specializes in rehab type loans as well; which for a short time my wife and I were considering.
