Joseph is an Honest, no-nonsense, straight to the point guy. He closed our loan within the space of two weeks. We schedule to see him on Saturday 03/17/2018 and he promised that we'll close in 21 days, but to our amazement, we closed the loan on Thursday 03/29/2018 which is just 13 days from the first contact. Even my real estate guys were surprised at his doggedness and for that; I'll call him a "Pit-Bull". Thank you for a great Job, Joe the "PitBull".

I've been searching for a home for 2 years ended up getting an accepted offer and was going through Community Development Center Long Island Grant program for 1st time home purchaser.
