We had a very short time to close on our new house in Florida. The group worked very diligently with us to make sure we were able to get the mortgage on time and at a reasonable rate. We really didn't want or need a mortgage, but since we did not close on our NY house until January, it was necessary to have a loan for a couple of months which is now paid in full.
