I have been dealing with Mike Cimino for many years, on many properties both for investment an personal use. Where I think Mike's expert service is different is he personally gets involved with the application process. He personally reviews all mortgage applications before they are sent to underwriting and he stays with it right till the closing. We had a very short time to close on our new house in Florida. The group worked very diligently with us to make sure we were able to get the mortgage on time and at a reasonable rate. We really didn't want or need a mortgage, but since we did not close on our NY house until January, it was necessary to have a loan for a couple of months which is now paid in full.
