RecommendedAir conditioner stopped on Sunday night. We called left a message received a call Monday morning the next day at 7 AM scheduled technician (Chad) to come out at 8 AM. Technician was awesome. Thank you very much Chad super knowledgeable in and out. Controlled Comfort saved our life. Our air conditioner went out and Alan came over to my house right away and had a new unit put in that following morning. Controlled Comfort has hands down the best customer service and this team will go to bat for you to make sure you get the best for your home and for your experience! We purchased an all electric heat pump for our new home in the country. Alan made the recommendation when I told him I wanted all electric. The installer did a great job installing it. He answered all the questions my husband had as did Alan. Our unit is as efficient as the guys that installed it. Emily was helpful and kind, had a technician in my area and sent him out within an hour. Austin was here, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Checked out my whole unit, and gave me all the information I needed now and in the future. Great job!
The technician that was here was very efficient- went over all the things he did and what to do if we see changes. Explained what we got with our check up and what to do in the spring for the next check up. Would very much recommend them.
