They were called to fix a gas leak in our basement. They came and left, claiming it was all fixed. However, the next time I went in that room 2 days later, I still smelled gas. So my husband called them again & they said we would have to pay for the technician to come out again, even though they never fixed the problem to begin with. We had Sustainable Mechanical come out instead. And they were WONDERFUL! They found 2 obvious leaks that Controlled Comfort missed on the manifold they claimed to have fixed. Callie, I apologize for your frustration, and we did everything we could do to help resolve this issue. We were first dispatched by the previous owner regarding a gas leak. We since discovered that the local gas company, Black Hills Energy, removed the meter so there was no way for us to test for leaks.
Never use this company! EVER! They came to our house to fix a gas leak in our utility closet but never fixed the problem. Black Hills Energy confirmed there were still four leaks at the main manifold. And then they said we would have to pay full price for them to come back out and fix the problem immediately after they supposedly fixed this issue. Would not recommend.

I have never been a customer, however, I feel a review of one of your employees in a company van and his texting and driving is appropriate. PLEASE advise your employees against this. It makes your company look really bad. Not to mention, putting so many other people in danger, especially when he couldn't even stay in his own lane because his eyes were on his phone screen.
