Ms Best green space/grounds of any apartment complex. Very "Fur-Baby" friendly. The closet space is to the MAX and the master bedroom is huge. Very spacious, very comfortable and VERY safe, quiet location. Five minute drive to grocery store, restaurants, movies and shopping. Great for students, singles, couples and families.
Safe Conway Gardens is safe and quiet. It's in a beautiful part of Williamsburg and located in a very safe area! Older apartments but the management are constantly updating the apartments.
Conway Gardens Just moved in a month ago. Nice neighborhood, close to shopping, dining and downtown W'burg. Apartments have a lot to offer for the price. Water is included in the rent....that was a huge plus. Had a few minor issues that needed to be fixed when I first moved in, and maintenance has always been extremely fast in their responses. Bedrooms have very large windows...great for letting in extra light. One con is that the den and the bedrooms do not have overhead lights...have to strategically place lamps. That's on... read more
Verified Renter I’ve lived here for 4 years never had a problem. But because of one tenant having an aggressive dog I can no longer let my little harmless dog go to my neighbor for a treat without a leash. Thanks.

Verified Renter Little disappointed with the pool area this summer. The umbrellas are broken as is some of the chairs. Repairs should have been done before the summer started. Miss the lifeguard from last summer, got to know her well.

The umbrellas and chairs were operating at the pools opening and have since broken so, we are currently waiting on the replacements in the mail as we speak! :) Unfortunately, the pool management team places our lifeguards and we are unable to dictate which ones remain at our pool throughout the summer season but we miss Beyonce as well! -The Team at Conway Garden Apartments
Worst place to live! Nothing works in the apartment. Gross common areas. Mold. Office staff will not help you with anything. Nothing gets fixed. Sent a month in summer with no AC. Would never refer anyone to live here. Save yourself and your money and look elsewhere for an apartment.
