Verified Renter I haven't yet moved into my unit completely, but from start to finish this has been one of the most enjoyable rental experiences I've ever had. Kiana has made me pine for the time my move is complete and I can get to know the community better. Heck, I've already won a prize in one of their drawings! I am sure that any reviews I have will keep being positive.

Verified Renter In general this is a nice neighborhood with very considerate neighbors. I also like that there's ample parking. This is an older community and maintenance is quite good. I find it the staff is kind and friendly and willing to answer your questions.
