"Oil change, Mr Bass always takes really good care of me when" Mr Bass always takes great care of me whenever I have to visit the dealership. He takes time to explain everything to me and makes sure I understand what's going on.
"Good Experience" Stephon was very knowledgeable about the car and courteous. The experience was not unpleasant and the salesman was not pushey. I would recommend this dealership
"Awesome" I just love Nilsson products they last a long time compared to other dealers and the people are friendly and the dealership is always clean
"In and out fast " I was greeted as soon as I pulled into the garage. The service was fast. The waiting room was spacious and clean. They also offered snacks while you wait.

"Top Notch Service " Bought my Nissan Frontier at McDonough Nissan. I live here in Conyers, so this service department is much more convenient for service. I have been here twice for an oil change service and everyone is friendly, professional and what I consider to be “Top Notch”.

"maybe it was a bad day" I have visited the service department on several occasions. Unfortunately this time it took 2.5 hours for an oil change. Customer service is always on point and my service advisor Tony Jones is great. Not sure what the problem is with techs but they get a failing grade from me and manangement should look into this asap.
