"Perfect car buying experience " My sale person mr aaron It’s an awesome great sales person sold me a brand new 2018 Altima with 9 miles on it I recommend him to anyone who wants to get a brand new car please come to the Conyers Nissan dealership. "Top Notch Service " Bought my Nissan Frontier at McDonough Nissan. I live here in Conyers, so this service department is much more convenient for service. I have been here twice for an oil change service and everyone is friendly, professional and what I consider to be “Top Notch”.

"maybe it was a bad day" I have visited the service department on several occasions. Unfortunately this time it took 2.5 hours for an oil change. Customer service is always on point and my service advisor Tony Jones is great. Not sure what the problem is with techs but they get a failing grade from me and manangement should look into this asap.

"Scheduled appointment took longer than expected (2 hours)" My appointment was for 830am and it took longer than I expected, however they did a great job with changing my oil and rotating my tires (which should be practically free with the oil change, Overall I'll probably get my oil changed locally in the future!

"Tire and air pressure light" The problem I had was handled in a very professional manner. I was very satisfied .The service at this dealership is always satisfactory, I don't mind the wait.
