"Not a good first impression" Arrived at dealership. Not welcoming or greeted by anyone even though there was an employee standing right next to my vehicle. I had my child with me and I placed her in her stroller and no one even offered to open the door to go inside. After getting inside I wasn't greeted or acknowledged so I just went to the first person without a customer at the desk. Wait time was ok and they washed my car.. Only reason they recieved 2 stars.

"Great Experience " My service advisor, Jerry, was very friendly and informative. Along with excellent customer service he kept me abreast about what was going on with my car and kindly informed me of what other issues my car had. All around the staff at Conyers Nissan has great customer service and I would gladly recommend them.
