"Top Notch Service " Bought my Nissan Frontier at McDonough Nissan. I live here in Conyers, so this service department is much more convenient for service. I have been here twice for an oil change service and everyone is friendly, professional and what I consider to be “Top Notch”.

"maybe it was a bad day" I have visited the service department on several occasions. Unfortunately this time it took 2.5 hours for an oil change. Customer service is always on point and my service advisor Tony Jones is great. Not sure what the problem is with techs but they get a failing grade from me and manangement should look into this asap.
"Great worker " Looking for a new or used car go to Nissan.. Hard worker and they are the best a what they do. They are the best. Always making sure I happy with the services.

"Scheduled appointment took longer than expected (2 hours)" My appointment was for 830am and it took longer than I expected, however they did a great job with changing my oil and rotating my tires (which should be practically free with the oil change, Overall I'll probably get my oil changed locally in the future!

"Tire and air pressure light" The problem I had was handled in a very professional manner. I was very satisfied .The service at this dealership is always satisfactory, I don't mind the wait.
"Great experience " Our Sales man Stephon was great! Very honest and up front. We were in and out of the dealership with a new Truck within 4 hours of arrival. Heads up.. If you see a vehicle online with a price listed be prepared that you won't be getting that price in the dealership. We were told prices online are not vaild because the dealership is using a 3rd party vendor. Sounds like false advertisement too me. But nonetheless Sales team and finance team were great! Would recommend dealership.
