Installation of the compressor was professionally done. The second day, Ed had to reconfigure and unblock the drain line (that was flooding the garage floor). He was prompt, and polite and had the expertise to to get the job done.

Hard worker, social great, good clean up. Great worker, good social skills, super clean up. Ducts are cleaned, blower cleaned. Air noticeably better. Allergic wife has stopped coughing.

AC Service on Sunday Cool Air USA arrived on a Sunday at 9:20 am after we determined our AC unit was not Blowing cold air Saturday at 7 pm. Technician arrived on time, assessed the situation, tested the drain line which was clogged, cleaned everything out and repositioned drain lines to provide a downhill flow. Tested the system and validated cold air was flowing again. He educated me every step of the way and provided recommendations for monthly maintenance.
