excellent service We have been clients of Cool Air USA since 2017. We are extremely pleased with the services they provide. One of our a/c stopped working last Thursday, we called in the morning and they scheduled a repair service for the same day. One of their technician, Leo, came to our home to evaluate the problem. He was punctual, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. And he fixed the a/c unit on the spot. We recommend Cool Air USA to anyone that needs a/c service. It is a dependable company.

Great service! I had a great experience with Cool Air USA! We were able to have someone at our house very quickly and he took less than 5 minutes to diagnose the problem. David gave great customer service and showed us what the problem was and explained how to prevent future problems! He was very thorough, considerate, and knowledgeable. Will definitely be using Cool Air USA in the future!

Excellent work and professionalism I’ve lived in Florida for 20+ years and wish I would have found Cool Air USA sooner! Came when they said they would. Explained everything they found and what needed to be done. They even cleaned up after completing the work. Best AC company I’ve ever worked with! I was. Dry satisfied with a service, provided by Cool air. The technician was very attentive fro he first visit. He told me that a necessary part will arrive in 2-3 weeks,but it came just after one week. The team of Coolairusa.com works very responsibly. They care about customers. One word Phenomenal Leo was amazing he called 30 minutes prior to coming and arrived on time. Leo was very professional and genuinely cares about his work . He diagnosed the AC unit in under 20 minutes and provided a detailed description of what was wrong, what caused it, and a solution.
