VERY GOOD & EFFICIENT TECH WAS THERE AHEAD OF TIME GIVEN ME. TECH WAS EFFICIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. TOLD ME THAT A MIMI SPLIT SPEC HAD TO COME OUT AND TROUBLESHOOT THE PROBLEM. MADE AN APPT FOR THE NEXT DAY.

Always good and on-time They replaced my mom's A/C a few years ago, and has been humming perfectly since then. Now we needed them to do a check on my unit at home, scheduled them, got a time window of arrival, and got home early. Very professional, to the point, knew what to do and how to solve it and got the unit working to specs again.
The service David provided was outstanding. Because of the professional service and because of David's expertise, I took out a contract with Cool Air USA. It didn't take me long to feel confident that I made a wise decision. I will recommend the company and tell them all to request David when they call.

It was Memorial Day with heavy rain A/C began blowing hot late Sunday. Telephoned early Monday and tech came out at Noon. Heavy rains and some flooding present. Quickly diagnosed and presented solutions. Repairs effected in short time. Professional, polite,etc. Great company and staff.
