Five Stars without a doubt!!!!! I contacted Cool Air Usa after AC spung a leak and was freezing up. They setup a service call the very next day. The serviceman showed up aa promise during scheduled time agreed upon. This was definitely a plus. We agreed on full replacement and techs arrived early am next day and began job excellent service provided. They were very pleasant, informative,and very professional. Fast and easy repair when I need it most I'm currently locked down due to the Covid 19 situation and when my AC stopped blowing cold air it was a definite problem.

AC Leaking? Cool Air USA to the Rescue My AC sprung a leak and the next thing I know it’s raining inside my home. (AC is located on the second floor). After my initial panic, I call Cool Air USA and although they were backed up for the night, the customer service representative did everything in her power and had a tech arrive at my house within an hour. Great service. Very pleased with them They were very courteous and even got to the appointment earlier than expected. I have hired in the past several times and are very reliable. Will definitely recommend them.
Knowageable and fair personnel The technician almost immediately knew of the cause of the problem with my air conditioning system and promptly corrected the problem In addition, he examined the system and found a component that was not working. Before any work was conducted, the complete price of the work was supplied.
Magnificent David is one of the most professional individuals I've had the pleasure of receiving a service from. He was punctual, performed his occupation throughly, explained everything he did while showing me the pictures of the A/C unit, and is very courteous, respectful, and polite. Professional and straight forward. This is our second time using Cool Air. We weren't disappointed! The technician diagnosed our issue and told us our A/C is going to be a money pit. He was right. It's an old unit (20 years old) and recommend we replace the unit with a more energy efficient unit. We appreciate him being straight forward with us.
