It is rare to have a combination of excellent customer service, experienced guidance and intelligent recommendations that are topped by fast, efficient and friendly installation staff. My new AC was installed by Steven and I was impressed by his experienced work. A pleasant and polite young man, concentrating on his work and finishing spotlessly. It was a pleasure to have the crew in my home.

Outstanding service. I called Cool Air USA on a Friday afternoon for emergency service as my air conditioner would not start. They said someone would be at my home that day. The service technician, Italo called 40 minutes before coming to my home. He diagnosed the problem quickly. In addition to servicing the problem he did a complete check on the entire system.
