Received prompt and quality service Called Cool Air in the morning to report UV Light was not on. The replacement bulb was changed the same day. The service tech also offered to inspect the pressure/temp of the system.

Fast, efficient service by a trained technician. Joseph arrived earlier than expected and explained quickly what had occurred with my a/c unit. He went on to explain the procedure to eradicate the problem, proceeded with that plan, restored service and was on his way again in no time at all.
