Satisfied customer I got several estimates before deciding on Cool Air USA. There were lots of choices but thanks to Jacques (the estimate person) the choice was easy. He was professional, courteous and took the time to explain the process. Steve (installer) was quick and efficient and Leo also courteous did a fantastic job with the air duct cleaning. Technician explained everything prior to servicing. Technician reviewed entire system, found options we didn’t even know were available!! Fixed the problem and saved us from future problems. Truthfully grateful!!
