Excellent Customer Service I was very grateful for the lack of unnecessary charges like some other AC companies charge. Instead Cool Air USA was upfront with what fees I was to expect. The coupon was a solid selling point as well for me. The service tech kept me informed all day of what time he would come to my home. Even when he got delayed he notified me. And he was very fast and efficient when cleaning our air ducts. I will definitely use Cool Air USA again.

Thanks Adam! I contacted cool air because I saw good reviews about them. I had a couple of issues which were promptly resolved by Adam the manager. I will definitely recommend Cool Air to any customer who wants to be taken seriously. Thanks Adam for your prompt resolution and for great service.

Renaud is professional and just great! This is my second experience with Cool Air A/C. Last year with Daniel and yesterday with Renaud. Both times, great experience. The fact of not having A:C working and having additional expense is not good🥴 but Renaud made a huge difference. He is knowledgeable, patient, caring and very professional. I appreciate how thorough and caring he works. He is a keeper for the company!!
