Great service that's hard to match.. My service rep Orlando showed up very professional and told me what the problem was how much it would cost to repair. Once i told him ok he had my A/C back up and running in about 1/2 hour.. Thank you very much Orlando

Good, pleasant service. For the first time, we had Cool Air USA clean our ducts. They were very, very drty! It seems like the job was well done... time will tell. Moises was cheerful, professional, and quite pleasant. Will call again and will recommend.

Excellent customer service!! Their was a hick-up on the manufacturer who was making the stand for the AC unit, but CoolAir USA made it right. They brought over a portable unit for us to use while the stand was being made. We have used them for repairs in the past and also referred them to family and friends who have gotten repairs done and a unit put in as well.
