Great service, timing to be worked on. Ricardo was great, although 3 hours late, which meant they had to come back the following day to finish the work. Apologies made and service was fine. These things can happen, but need transparent communication.

Great estimation David was very polite and explained the situation well. Break out of costs well documented. A pity he wasn't the one arriving the next day to perform the work.

Great Experience My interaction with Jessica & John was very pleasant & helpful. Jessica answered any questions I had & made it easy to set up the appointment at my convenience. John came out to my house & thoroughly went over my entire system explaining every component while addressing any questions or concerns I had! Great customer service all around, really "Cool" I will be signing up!

Excellent Company I highly recommend this company as they have never disappointed me. They have a large number of employees and work late hours so they are always available to solve a problem the same day you call them. Their employees are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable...and they clean up after themselves! Don't look to another company for your a/c needs. Cool Air is the company you need.

outstanding My technician Xavier was honest and gave me all information regarding upgrading or cleaning and all prices. Also offered me some suggestions on cooling my back bedrooms and laundry room. I would highly recommend your company again.
