Called them and they responded very quickly. Eddie was a very informative employee. He examined my unit thoroughly and explained everything he was doing. My motor was shot, coils very dirty and my unit which is about 26 years old needs to be replaced. They will be quoting me the price of a new unit as soon as I return from vacation. Since my unit is leaking water, he explained the function of the humidifier and that I should turn knob to "away "when I leave and it will leak a little less.

Service was on time, efficient, fast, great quality,friendly, polite and knowledgeable The technician came at the agreed time and started working immediately. He explained what was wrong and after agreeing on the price started repairing the unit with new materials and very expertly. AC Install Jack helped with picking the right unit for my needs. He also helped with finding the right financing option. Bill and Robert of truck#73 arrived on time and worked diligently so that by 3:30 PM my house was starting to cool off- -much appreciated on a hot summer day! Crystal at the office helped with permit application and Toby was helpful with lots of paperwork. Adam made sure I got the correct digital thermostat and was installed by Kinsey. Thank you so much to the great team of professionals at Cool Air USA.

David was great and very professional. I have had 4 different visits from another company, all resulting in continuous issues. David came the same day, was early, and very respectful. He was sure to explain everything that was the issue, and ensured I understood the problem.
