AC Repair The compressor fan on our ac unit turned on and off while the compressor was working causing the compressor to overheat. I called Cool Air and made a same day appointment. The Tech, Jose, called me when he was on his way. Jose was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional. It took awhile to diagnose the problem because the fan did not turn off right away although ultimately it did turn off. Overall Service was fast, proficient and very professional. I contacted Cool Air USA spoke with Adam regarding AC issue. He was very easy and helpful when trying to troubleshoot my problem. He advise serviceman available to come out today to assist. Xavier was the service man that was sent out. He was very pleasant and professional. My only disappointment was the failure of a part that last less than 2 years on a new unit.
Positive experience! Leo was thorough in the service he provided and review of the condition of the unit. He followed up (NOT pushy) with recommendations, a timeline for them to be done and the reasoning behind them. True professional!
