The service from the company is exceptional! I have a second home in Florida that i travel too regularly. I’ve had several issues with my AC unit and EVERY time i call Cool Air USA they come out immediately (same day or very next). The service is always exceptional and they have me back operating quickly. On yesterday Rolando was my tech and he was great. Explained it all to me and even gave pointers that would help in the future. He was very patient and polite as i took down the steps. Great company!

Thank you Junior, Rolando and David for your excellent and professional service. Junior did a very thorough job on evaluations. Master Rolando and David went through the whole process of testings, replacement and testings again to make sure the internal evaporator coil replacement was done professionally. Everything they did was pictured and recorded for documentation. They are very kind to answer my questions. I highly recommend people to use Cool Air USA service.

We are very satisfied with this company and the service that they provide. We had a problem with our AC this morning. We noticed that the temperature was going up inside the house and felt that the air flow was warmer. Even we set the thermostat in 69, the temperature was 82.
