Nick was great! He was on time and thorough. He explained the issues he found and showed me the pics he had taken for his file. He easily fixed a rattling noise that concerned us and quoted us a price for the remaining issues. We asked him to replace the parts that seemed to be close to failing but he was able to save us $177 on a part by getting the existing part to function properly. We’resatisfied customers.

We have trusted Cooling Advisors ever since we moved to Lake Park, about 2 years now. Rob has given us the best service, in fact he has gone above and beyond any service rep we have ever dealt with. Very friendly, but also very experienced. We had an undetermined problem with our A/C, and Rob stuck with it, even going to such lengths as crawling around in a hot attic working with the air-handler, and up on the roof, until he found the problem. Your employees where on time, very professional and courteous. The AC replacement was done within the time frame previously stated. Upon completion of the install, the technicians explained in detail the operating and maintenance instructions. The job was so neatly done, there was no cleanup required on our part as the homeowner. We are extremely pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend your company and product.
Very responsive in getting to me for a failed motor. Technican was at my home within a half hour. Work completed and up and running system shortly there after. Thank you
