I had Mr. Robert here, super nice guy, very professional and pleasant to work with. he did all I asked him to, he also made a call to check warranty on my unit - saving me some time. I had low charge on my unit so we added coolant (95$ per pound! for the 2lbs I bought I could have bought 5lbs tank), he said there is probably a leak somewhere and offered me a 375$ check up with dye - only later I find out (by doing some research) there are electronic sniffers that service was not offered to me. they are not accurate but defi... read more
