Any facility that deactivates the code before a person can get off the property with their belongings is no good. My mother passed away Friday. Payments draft on the 12th. Unit was emptied on the 10th and they’re still refusing even a partial refund because I didn’t give two weeks notice. So even though the unit is paid for through July 9th I’m now locked out so they can collect double rent for the month.
