This place is really great! As someone from out-of-state, the woman I worked with was very helpful and accommodating with my remote needs/not being there in person. I’ve now been a happy customer for over a year. The autopay system is easy, and I get a text reminde the one time there was an issue with my payment, their office immediately called me and helped to resolve the issue without being rude/aggressive/or sending me notices about selling off the unit, which I have experienced with other storage companies. Have had an outdoor spot for my 20' camper for several months, and I've continued to have great experiences with the on-site management. From my first phone call last year, and with multiple touch-points in between, they've been friendly and helpful. The keypad gate access is convenient for needing to stop by after hours, and it's always been well-lit after dark. Would recommend them for an affordable, secure place that's well-run.

I do not recommend storing your belongings here. we prepaid for 4 months at a discounted rate. Price is pretty good. About a month before our prepay was up I got an email saying rent would be due. I responded with the fact that we would be out by the prepaid time and did not intend to renew the lease. I got no response to this email fast forward to a week prior to our prepaid being up I emailed them saying we were out early there was mouse damage to all of our belongings including them chewing on our furniture and being in o... read more
