So blessed that we chose Copenbarger & Copenbarger to set up our Trust. Larry is so knowledgeable and comforting, as this is such a difficult exercise to go thru at this time of our life.
Initially, I felt extremely uncomfortable about the meeting with Kaitlyn and I don't know if she perceived it. But, after a few minutes in our meeting I felt good. She was friendly, easy to talk with, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and she understood my needs and requests.
Very strong legally. I would have otherwise rated 5 stars, except that Lloyd missed our appointment. I understand he was delayed, but my requested follow up questions for him to address remain unanswered. I also sent at least one follow up email to him, to which he did not respond. I expected to introduce him to a couple of referrals but have since decided not to do so.
We have worked with Lloyd and the Firm since 2000. We have only received the highest quality of service for 3 generations of our families. They have been there for us through severe illnesses, nursing home stays and deaths of loved ones. They have guided us through Trusts and dealing with Probate Court. Copenbarger & Copenbarger, LLP has integrity, they are extremely knowledgeable and care about their clients as if we were their own family, and we certainly feel that they are family to us.
