I met with Jackie for 90 minutes to discuss updating my living trust from 9 years ago. She is very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I look forward to our next appointment to hopefully finalize the needed changes. I've been using Copenbarger & Copenbarger and an Access member since 2009. I also attend their various seminars they offer throughout the year. Give them a call when you decide you want to protect your hard-earned assets.

Initially, I felt extremely uncomfortable about the meeting with Kaitlyn and I don't know if she perceived it. But, after a few minutes in our meeting I felt good. She was friendly, easy to talk with, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and she understood my needs and requests.
Very strong legally. I would have otherwise rated 5 stars, except that Lloyd missed our appointment. I understand he was delayed, but my requested follow up questions for him to address remain unanswered. I also sent at least one follow up email to him, to which he did not respond. I expected to introduce him to a couple of referrals but have since decided not to do so.
