I can’t say enough great things about the staff here! They helped me during a very trying time with my mother. They listened and guided my sister and I in making the best choice for our mother. They are more than capable of taking care of people with Alzheimer’s at all levels. This place is a breath of fresh air after dealing with other places that claim to be able to take care of people with Alzheimer’s. This community has a homey feel while still incorporating all the utilitarian aspects that the residents require. The highly trained staff have a lot of compassion for the population they serve and provide a professional and caring approach to effectively communicate with the residents. Copper Creek clearly puts a lot of thought behind all the details, from how patients are treated - both medically and personally - to how the space is designed. Working in the same field as Copper Creek Inn, I have had the pleasure with working closely with them. From the facility itself, to all the staff members, everyone truly cares about what they are doing. The administration is on top of everything and their caregivers/nurses really enjoy working there. This makes me proud to partner with them and I know that if I ever needed a facility to refer to, in the east valley, Copper Creek Inn would definitely be on the top of the list. My parents are both in their 90's. Mom's still very mentally bright, but sadly, Dad's dementia was finally more than mom could manage. Our family found Copper Creek Inn and it has been a perfect fit for him - and us. Knowing he is in a safe, caring environment means so much to our family. We stop by at different times of the day to visit him and we have always found him in a good mood and well taken care of. The staff is so kind and the food is to his liking - and that's saying a lot. I really like Copper Creek Inn. I toured here fro my loved one, and really appreciated the openness of the community. It's bright, open place. However, I saw that they did not offer any outings for the residents. I really wanted that to be part of my loved one's lifestyle, so I decided to go with another community.
