The nursing staff and the front desk were amazing! Now the doctor on the other hand didn’t listen to anything I said insisted I had Covid, which I told him I took two negative tests. He still insisted I had Covid. He treated me like I was a drug addict because I am on a high dose of pain medication he just did not care or did not help me whatsoever. I am very disappointed in the doctor and how I was treated. .
Wait time was hours. Never posted my test results so i can return to work. I should not have to pay for a retest either.
When booking an appointment online we should be seeing at that time not have to waittwo hours in a waiting room or in car when booking appointment At a certain time
A CSR roomed us and collected vitals incorrectly. My child was running a fever but the CSR, who isn’t medical, used the forehead thermometer incorrectly and collected a normal temp. When I checked her axillary, she was febrile. The PA confirmed it on oral temp. Also the CSR, again, not medical and attempting to collect a throat swab was clearly unqualified. I was waiting in the room for 2 hours.
The wait was unbelievably long! I was there for over 2 hours. The doctor was kind, but the wait was just so frustrating.
Twice within the last two months I have visited this clinic. Both times I was told a prescription would be sent to my pharmacy, both times the prescription was NEVER sent! The first time I asked for Augmentin, for whatever reason the Dr refused to send over this prescription when I called to inquire why it hasn’t been sent.
