The PA and the medical staff are great. The process to check in lacks and if I wanted a self service experience I'd have stayed at home. I shouldn't have to use my phone to check in and take photos of my ID and medical card. And fill out information that is already in their system. Could have a kiosk at the door and not have a receptionist to tell people to use their phone. But that is cold and impersonal and that is not Beaumont's reputation.
