I was glad I was able to be seen. The atmosphere was clean, quiet and professional. I waited in my vehicle until I was seen. I needed assistance with completing forms which staff provided.

I booked an appointment to be seen about shortness of breath, bubbling in left lung, and pain with cough as I’ve had covid for over a week. I had asked about a pcr as well because the rest of my household was already testing negative and resumed working. I still have to take my kid to school. I thought results might indicate how infectious I am considering his schools criteria to return. I was misdiagnosed 2x Third time I came in Doctor finally figured it out This is after I took 2 ROUNDS OF ANTIBIOTICS. Which ruined my immune system. I should get my money back and your doctors should be fired
The nursing staff and the front desk were amazing! Now the doctor on the other hand didn’t listen to anything I said insisted I had Covid, which I told him I took two negative tests. He still insisted I had Covid. He treated me like I was a drug addict because I am on a high dose of pain medication he just did not care or did not help me whatsoever. I am very disappointed in the doctor and how I was treated. .
Wait time was hours. Never posted my test results so i can return to work. I should not have to pay for a retest either.
When booking an appointment online we should be seeing at that time not have to waittwo hours in a waiting room or in car when booking appointment At a certain time
