The medical assistant was amazing, as was the PA that i saw. However the front desk young woman was rude. She gave my husband straight nasty attitude when he inquired about my wait time. ( it had been an hour with zero contact-- on top of it she lied. Made an appt. It was 2.5 hours later some random guy walked in, never introduced himself or washed his hands. Asked what’s doing on why are we’re here. Asked if we had any test done. Left the room to check strep. 20 mins later a nurse walked in jaded us papers and said have a good day. No explanation of why my son is having throat pain and lymph node pain. Awful and will never do back.
Lower wait time. Waited an hour even with an appt
Quick and pleasant people always a smile on there face easy to talk to and got my son Michael covid tested

After waiting in line for 2 hours; a clerk came out and told us they reached capacity for the day and were closing early for New Years. It was only 0930 and they don’t close until 3;00. They turned away a line of sick people !! I’ll never go back there.

Went to urgent care to address what I thought was a sinus infection. After sitting in my car for over 2 hours (5 patients in front of me), I was assigned a room to be evaluated. Immediately it was mentioned that my symptoms were the same as COVID and they did a test. When the DR entered the room, she only listened to my lungs. Did not look in my ears or at my throat, feel my sinuses, etc. Just said that if my test comes back negative they will call in a script for me. If it's positive I'm on my own with OTC drugs. This urgent care was very clean. However, I am not happy with my overall experience. I went in for a rapid Covid test, along with a lab test. I understand the rapid test isn’t the most accurate, however, I still wanted it. After the nurse found out I wanted it after she didn’t recommend it, she came back in and was rude. She swabbed my nose differently the second time compared to the first time for the lab test. She didn’t put it very far up my nose and just circled it around.
