Wait time was the worst thing about the ER once seen, I was treated professionally with proper care.
Everyone was very friendly. My only complaint is that the waiting room air quality was very poor. It was not like that the previous 2 to 3 times I’ve visited. But this particular time the air quality was very poor

The wait wasn’t long. The staff was friendly and diagnosed me correctly. The NP was super sweet and comforting when I was Feeling sick.

The front desk were very friendly the medical asst and her asst were very thouro I was questionable about the PA kind of cold I thousand she could have suggest a flu test or did a strap throat culture. I ended up going to my own primary doctor thank God for her
I didn't have to wait the 1-2 hours I was told it might take to be seen. The only thing that I disliked was not really being as to what to do subseqent to having been given an injection for pain. Also, I was on a walkerNO ONE HELPED ME WITH EXIT DOORS AS I LEFT.It was if I was totally ignored once I was lea ing?!?!ING?!?!? Very inconsiderate of staff
Long wait. But it's well worth it. I do understand there's alot of short staffs. Patience is the key. The practioner is friendly. The environment is clean.
