This is not my 1st time here but the Receptionists is always pleasant I’m registered quickly but this particular visit the Cna was pleasant she got my Vitals and I sat there awhile before the Doctor came in which it wasn’t alot of Patients there the Doctor didn’t seem all that concerned I didn’t receive anything for pain just a prescription for steroids that was sent to my pharmacy instead of looking at my history and seeing what works best I felt like I wasn’t a priority and he rushed my visit

My appt was at 5:50 and it took an hour for me to be seen.
I was there the day before for over 2 hrs to get a pcr for surgery clearance. Had to leave, pcr was advertised outside, if that service is offered it should be a priority. Next day wait wasnt as bad, I had to stay so the doctor/pa could see me after nasal swab. Waste of time on all parts. I am guessing so insurance can be billed for the highest amount. I feel this place needs to get on the ball or it will not be there for long.
The nurse didn't show up and the exams began after an hour of delay.
Have a dedicated resource to conduct COVID screening for a block period of the day. When a patient is there for COVID screening as part of a doctor's order for lab work, there should be NO need for patient to see the staff doctor or PA. Give better estimates for wait times. I was told 20-30 mins and I waited for 2.25 hours before having my test.
Three hour wait. No conclusive diagnosis. Urgent care centers know their capacity for treatment. They should therefore screen and refer to ER or physicians if they don't have the capacity for treatment. I feel scammed because I have insurance.
Front desk people aren't friendly. The doctor treated me as though I was a drug seeker I went there in severe pain. I have a 10mm kidney stone. After 2 hours he told me to go somewhere else. And I took my son there a couple months ago for an ear infection I signed in, she told me to wait outside then she proceeded to close the office and lock the door without my child being seen.
