Was waist of money I knew I have sinus infection was hoping for medication to ease my pain , Dr said no medication needed just deal with it ! Again waist of money for no service .

provider was quick to give me pain meds but not the antibiotics i thought was needed for my toothache. she also prescribed medication to use meds that are not for toothaches but for mouth sores or injuries. the sated she was prescribing tramadol however called in torodol.
The front counter person asked why I was there and I had to announce I had a uti to everyone in the lobby, it was very uncomfortable to share that information with strangers in public. I reserved a time slot and had to wait over an hour after my time slot to be seen.

If I could give 0 stars I would have. Have been coming here for years. Never had an experience like that. More concerned with making sure I was my daughter’s mother than actually giving the care we came there for. Again, I’ve been coming there for years. My information and PHOTO are in their system attached to both of our charts. This profiling (my child is biracial) is completely unacceptable. And they refused the care we sought. You guys can do better by not giving me false results. I come in &get a pregnancy test. You guys said it was negative. Come to find out I was pregnant.
The lady I seen didn’t even evaluate my daughter, she looked at her from a distance, she didn’t touch her! I thought that was weird, if I’m coming in for an allergic reaction you would think they would at least check her body and listen to her heart or something, I mean I’m not a dr but I know she didn’t do a thorough exam, was very disappointed in the office!! I will most likely never come back!
Very poor service. Was unable to get a boot for injury.. Sent to hospital in Taylor no script sent. Had to go back to walk in clinic an given a boot. Told to make appt with orthopedic Drs in Taylor by 2nd Dr. No meds for pain. Very disturbed with care.
