Very poor service. Was unable to get a boot for injury.. Sent to hospital in Taylor no script sent. Had to go back to walk in clinic an given a boot. Told to make appt with orthopedic Drs in Taylor by 2nd Dr. No meds for pain. Very disturbed with care.
Send the prescription to the correct pharmacy and don’t leave patients on hold for over 15 minutes. Beth does not give good customer service she never even ask for my name just left me on hold until I hung up and called back.
