I feel registration should change when you're not feeling good or in pain and knowing my husband be having to take a picture of my insurance card and stuff like that he would never do that I feel there's no reason we can't hand that to the receptionist that is their job that's always been the job I feel like I'm doing their job but yet I have to pay you
