Hard to say. The staff was personable and professional but lacked the equipment to deal with my relatively minor skin wound. Well, maybe they didn’t. The PA said he could have stopped the bleeding with a chemical cauterizer but opted not to. He could not tell me why he opted not to. I believe in God with blind faith, not Corewell personnel. He sent me to Corewell Troy a few hours ago and I’m still waiting to see someone. I came in for an exam after I got into a car accident. The doctor was not able to help me with anything.

I walked in shaking and the front desk person told me I needed to fill out the documents via phone. I was unable to hold my phone but was told this is how I need to do it AND several links didn’t work or bring me to the next step. Someone walked in after me and the other desk person got all her info and got her right back. I could have used the help front the desk person. They sent me to the ER shortly after me getting there because of my condition.

Give more attention to the patients, I was in and out in less than 20mins. No one was personable nor showed any real care. Very transactional.
Treat a patient with degenerative disc disease. I felt unheard and invalidated. They prescribed a lidocaine patch which has not touched the pain. I’m a triathlete and not even able to swim. Do better Corewell
I wasn’t expecting to see the NP. I was by no means an emergency pt, however when I saw the urgent care dr. having a casual slow, conversation with a coworker, I knew he couldn’t have been too overwhelmed at that point, where he had to send the NP instead.
Well you can start by having better and caring drs. . One who listens to your reasons of being there and even concerned about you not feeling good . I sat there for a half hour and waited in the room only to have the dr come in and just look in my mouth and tell me to take Zyrtec and vitamin c and was only concerned about CoVid . Well I had sinusitis and coughing and needed an antibiotic and cough medicine. And my CoVid test came back negative. The worst experience I’ve ever had at any urgent care. Rude, dry staff all around. Flagrant disregard for hipaa. Spent the whole visit complaining about other patients and their jobs. Gave us incorrect prescription. Wasted several hours of the day as we ended up having to go another location to get it all corrected.
Did not have a good experience. Doctor saw me for about 50 seconds.
