The receptionist, Cynthia, was empathetic and compassionate. She handled all of the patients who came in with kindness and understanding. The medical assistant was courteous and asked all the right questions. She listened attentively. The PA was very kind and respectful. She answered all my questions and referred me to the appropriate physician for follow up.

Medical staff handled my medical issue promptly. Minimal wait time before I saw a medical staff member. Facility and exam rooms are very clean. I definitely would recommend this urgent care.
