It was easy to make an appointment on line to avoid waiting. I was seen quickly by a doctor and my issue was resolved and medication was prescribed. Great experience!

I wasn’t that pleased with this visit. I made an 8 am appt and didn’t go back till about 8:10 (where everyone was sitting around talking). Intake person and student PA were great 👍 Not impressed with PA. He didn’t seem pleased that I couldn’t wait 45 mins for results of X-rays and kind of had an “attitude”. I made an 8am appt bc I had other places I had to get to. I’ve been here a few times and it’s been a pretty good experience.
Arrived for scheduled time (8:15 chief c/o was concern for injury to L shoulder and humerus post fall),greeted and checked in promptly, called back within few minutes by Kathy( no name tag and I asked her name). She obtained basic info and vitals minus a temp but had one recorded on DCsheet. Seen by NP “Bup”, hx reviewed and XRs ordered. XR done by Kathy, seemingly not proficient in radiology as a medical asst. Bup advised me they were awaiting radiology reading but she had reviewed films which were shared with me. Only ... read more
Thorough exam was completed but seems staff were somewhat slow as there wasn't anyone waiting to be seen when I signed in. Don't think anyone left before I was seen.
