Everything was okay, but it did not seem like my normal Beaumont experience. People were friendly, no issue there. Policies and procedures that are normally followed were not- things were informal and not what I usually experience with your facilities.

Came in because I felt I had shingles, they confirmed I did provided me prescription medication to take to help it heal and provide a great direction very professional and incredibly helpful
